Reactivate Driver/Client

  1. Personnel -> Filter -> Company
  2. Search Company and Click and Move it to the right box and click Save/Close
  3. Click UDonor Status -> Click Inactive and Save/Close and click Go at the bottom
  4. Click on the Patient ID Link
  5. Click Pencil Icon in top right corner
  6. Uncheck Inactive Box and remove Termination Date
    1. If termination date is less than 30 days then check box next to Pre Employment Test on File
    2. If termination date is greater than 30 days then leave box unchecked and let the customer know the click will need to go in and do a Pre Employment Test
  7. Click Save
