Below is the list of individuals who have been randomly selected for drug testing the 5th quarter The deadline for completion 12/31/2025
5th Quarter Testing is when the minimum quota is not met through the 4 quarterly draws, additional testing is pulled in the final quarter. We do refer to it as a 5th quarter, though it is simply another draw to ensure all parties meet their requirements for the year.
Individuals should visit their preferred Averhealth Patient Care Center as soon as possible.
