AI Chat Box Instructions
- Locate ticket in FreshDesk
- Assign ticket to yourself
- Copy the context of the request in Aversys
- Search for client in Aversys and make sure they exist.
- If yes, proceed with AI Chat Box
- Go to https://cxchatbot.averhealth.com/
- If prompted to enter code, enter your phone number into the request
- Pull the number from the text message on your phone
- Paste request into the message box and wait for Chat Bot to reply
- Answer questions or follow prompts from Chat Box
- Copy the email address from sender of the ticket in FreshDesk
- Paste email address in Chat Box once instructed by the Chat Bot
- If the correct action is suggested by the Chat Bot, confirm with them
- Once action is confirmed completed by Chat Bot, go to Aversys to check if the correct action was completed.
- Go back to the ticket in FreshDesk and email the requester that the action has been completed
- Resolve the ticket in FreshDesk.
Issues you may encounter
- It may not recognize the email
- It could be permissions issue
- Could be an updated email
- Requester may not have access to Averhealth
- May not understand the request
