- Go to Account Management
- Click Filter Icon in the top right corner
- Click on Company Link
- Search for Company and select the company and use the arrows to move them to the right box and Click Save/Close
- Click Go
- Click on the Link to the Company
- Click on General > Contacts
- Click Green + in top right corner
- Change Contact Type to Alternate unless this is new Primary Contact (Change to Primary if new Primary)
- Enter First and Last Name and Email and Phone.
- Click Save
- IF they are receiving results, Click Reporting > Reporting Profiles
- Click the Green + in top right corner
