Add Contact

  1. Go to Account Management
  2. Click Filter Icon in the top right corner
  3. Click on Company Link
  4. Search for Company and select the company and use the arrows to move them to the right box and Click Save/Close

  2. Click on the Link to the Company

  1. Click on General > Contacts
  2. Click Green + in top right corner
  3. Change Contact Type to Alternate unless this is new Primary Contact (Change to Primary if new Primary)
  4. Enter First and Last Name and Email and Phone.
  5. Click Save
  6. IF they are receiving results, Click Reporting > Reporting Profiles
  7. Click the Green + in top right corner
