Creating New Patient with Test Results

  1. Search for Result form in email and open attachment.  
  2. Personnel -> Filter -> Company
  3. Search Company and Click and Move it to the right box and click Save/Close
  4. Click UDonor Status -> Click Active and Save/Close and click Go at the bottom
  5. Click Green + button in the top right corner
  6. Add the following to create the patient
    1. Click … next to company and search for company.  Select once you find
    2. First and Last Name
    3. Date of Birth (If Available)
    4. Location Dono ID and put in SSN area
      1. If it does not let you, put the Donor ID into Driver ID and put 000000000 in the SSN area
  7. Click Save
  8. Once Regulatory Assigments pops up in the middle, click the Green + button
  9. Under Regulatory Mode, select FMCSA and Driver will populate below.        Click Save

Create Order

  1. Click Personnel & Events -> Add New Test
  2. Select FMCSA under Regulatory Mode (Drive will populate next to Employee Category)
  3. Under Reason for Test, select Pre-Employment
  4. Click Save at bottom

Enter Result

  1. Click Personnel & Events -> Events
  2. Locate the test and click on N/P under Sample ID

  1. Change Scheduling Status to Scheduled
  2. Arrived Date to Collection Date
  3. Change Collection Status to Collection
  4. Split Specimen to Yes
  5. Enter Collector name on the form under Collector name/ Phone
  6. Enter collection date as collection date
  7. Testing Status will be whatever the result is.  If Negative, select Negative.  If Positive, Select Positive, If it says Negative Dilute, select Negative Dilute
  8. Lab report date should be what the MRO Date is
  9. MRO ID – Search for the name of the MRO listed on the report.  If not available, search for the company that is listed on the test
  10. List the MRO name on the report under MRO Name
  11. MRO Report Date is same as Lab Report Date
  12. Click Save
