8. Can we add new users to Aversys for all accounts?

Only if a current judicial contact requests that we give the new user judicial contact access. But make sure to ask for what programs. For example; Yuma County Family Court is only Family Court. But the rest of Yuma County officers have specific programs...just ask the person requesting to confirm.

9. Do we refund for negative confirmations or any testing outcomes?

No refunds. Unless asking for credit that was left on an archived profile.

Other Information that may be Helpful

  • We can only test patients if they are scheduled (have a green clock), unless the profile has a note left by the case manager or a program note was added by the AM/RM or officer emails us.

  • Family Law/Court - We cannot add attorney/patient emails to receive results unless we get permission from the Judges assistants/court.

  • Payment – All patients must pay at the time of their tests.

  • Police/Law Enforcement – Department of Child Safety Hair tests – Only a DCS Program Manager or Head of DCS can approve this type of collection. A note must be left on the profile stating Law Enforcement will record and take part of the hair sample.

  • Paul Castro from Yuma County is the only person that can request a second confirmation.  If requesting a second confirmation, you must ask the lab first to ensure they have it, if the lab says yes. Then you can email support to request a second confirmation but make sure you include Tory, Shannon Spencer, Tonya Mitchell. IF the result is different, an explanation has to be provided to the customer. Tory or the AM will have to alert Paul prior to releasing the result.

  • Do not change anything on the programs for Yuma County, unless Paul Castro emails you or tells you to change it. Make sure you email if he calls, since he does forget or in case the court question it.
