4. Do customers issue any vouchers? (Y/N) Would this be a “Today” request? Yes

Does this customer submit manual referrals? Do these samples come in via email ahead of time at time of collection, or does the client walk in with the form.  If so, please upload example into your respective state folder Region 1- CS Centralization. Yes, all workplace customers and some Courts use referrals that are brought into the facility by the testing party.

7. Do you accept Private Pay clients? (Y/N) If so who is eligible? Yes. Anyone who does not have an active profile for any judicial or workplace programs.  

8. Can we add new users to Aversys for all accounts? Yes with supervisor approval.  

9. Do we refund for negative confirmations or any testing outcomes? Only for rejected samples.
