2Are any programs integrated with a Case Management System? (Y/N)All KY AOC is integrated with Caseworx, it is a state-wide contract. 

3What are some examples of “Today” requests a customer might ask? Allowing a client to test at a different location. 

4. Do customers issue any vouchers? (Y/N) Would this be a “Today” request? No, clients do not pay for their own drug tests. 

5. Does this customer submit manual referrals? If so, please upload example into your respective state folder hereNo. 

6. What methods of payment are accepted if a client has a co-pay? No copays are required. 

7. Do you accept Private Pay clients? (Y/N) Iso who is eligible? No. 

8. Can we add new users to Aversys for all accounts? Yes, for new KY AOC employees. No, if this pertains to new clients as new clients are entered through the interface. 

9. Do we refund for negative confirmations or any testing outcomes? No. All Accounting     Questions should be directed to Amanda Sharp.
