Key Account Information:
1. Most frequent type(s) of requests this customer has?
THC evaluations, panel changes, changes to testing protocols (addition of a collection hat, allowing the participant to sit), changing testing modality.
2. Are any programs integrated with a Case Management System? (Y/N). Yes, Case Worx--KYAOC
3. What are some examples of “Today” requests a customer might ask? Changes to testing modality, panel changes, THC evaluations.
4. Do customers issue any vouchers? (Y/N) Would this be a “Today” request? N
5. Does this customer submit manual referrals? If so, please upload example into your respective state folder here. No
6. What methods of payment are accepted if a client has a co-pay? KYAOC and Kentucky Health and Family Services contracts are invoice only. Occasionally, an out of state participant will be scheduled for testing by that state’s area manager. Those participants are informed they must bring exact change if they have a co-pay for their test as this site is not equipped to process credit/debit transactions and does not have the ability to make change.
7. Do you accept Private Pay clients? (Y/N) If so who is eligible? Not currently. Kentucky contracts are currently invoice only. If an out-of-state participant has a co-pay, they must bring the exact cash amount.
8. Can we add new users to Aversys for all accounts? Yes, new case worker access can be added for all contracts in Kentucky. New participants are added through the customer’s case management system which then updates Aversys.
9. Do we refund for negative confirmations or any testing outcomes? Not that I am aware.
