All MPS/CJSC - PO could schedule at any location, days/hours vary by location
MPS contacts can have access to CJSC (basic or level one only).
CJSC contacts cannot have access to MPS programs.
MPS or CJSC profiles can never be shared with any other accounts.
Fed collections are collection-only. Profiles cannot be shared with any other account.
MA Essex County is a different account from MPS, and access cannot be shared.
MA Parole Board is a different account from MPS, and access cannot be shared.
MA DOC is a different account from MPS, and access cannot be shared.
POs may ask for access to a profile from another court. It is important to verify if the profile needs to be transferred to the other court or not. If transferring the profile, verify with the current PO listed as case manager 1 still needs access or not.
Steroid testing and creatinine or dilute study needs approval from MPS leadership. Send requests to AMs.
