Encrypted Email Decision Tree

  1. In the ticket, determine the sender and time
  2. Go to Service Email in Outlook
  3. If you can access email, proceed
    1. If you cannot access email, go back to ticket
    2. See who the intended recipient is in FreshDesk
    3. Reach out to that email and ask if they can send the content of the email to your own email
      1. If they are unable to do so, email the sender and ask if they can create another email and send it directly to service@averhealth.com
