Encrypted Email Decision Tree
- In the ticket, determine the sender and time
- Go to Service Email in Outlook
- If you can access email, proceed
- If you cannot access email, go back to ticket
- See who the intended recipient is in FreshDesk
- Reach out to that email and ask if they can send the content of the email to your own email
- If they are unable to do so, email the sender and ask if they can create another email and send it directly to service@averhealth.com
