Question – I was told my agency that I need to enroll in testing
- There is no need to enroll over the phone. You can go into the collection location when they are open with an ID and let them know this is your first time testing and they will set you up
- On your first visit they do ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before closing to complete the enrollment.
