Question – What does it cost to test

Response

1. It can vary by program and what panels they are testing you for.  If you know the program or account you are testing for then we can check in give you a range
2. Once they provide the account or program, you can look for pricing under
   1. Accounts > Programs > Select Program
   2. Pricing Tab
   3. Give them a range and state here is the range of what it would cost for that specific program
3. If you have concern about the cost, you would need to reach out to your probation department or referring agency and discuss that with them
4. We do require payment at the time of collection unless the court is paying
