Question - What are the hours for a location?

1. Here are the hours.  They can be located under Search
2. If they ask if a location is open on a future date, the response is, the location will be open if you are scheduled to test
   1. We get this question a lot for holidays.  If it is a holiday, the answer is, the location is open if you are scheduled to test but they are only collected for scheduled tests
   2. Do not answer yes or no on future dates.  You can always refer them back to their Probation department or referring agency
3. If they ask if the location is open for the day, you can go to Care Center > Calendar and search for the location
   1. If it says Full, Half, the location is open standard hours
   2. If it says Weekend, the location is open weekend hours which can be found Search
   3. If the location says closed, they are not open
