Question – How do I sign up for text notifications

1. You can go to www.avertext.com and you would be required to enter your DOB, Phone Number and PIN number
   1. If they say they do not have a PIN, you tell them that they need to either request that from their PO or referring agency or they can go into their local collection location with an ID and ask

Question – I have stopped receiving text notifications

1. You can go in to the collection location and see if they can help reset it or you can reach out to your PO and they can try to reset it
2. You can also try to go to www.avertext.com and try to reregister but I don’t know how the texts stopped so it may or may not work
