Accessing Open Tickets
- Click on the Ticket Icon
- Go to Name Tickets

- Click on the subject line of the ticket
- Review response from customer
- Complete request externally
- Once completed, click Reply at the top

7. Type out response stating what action was taken
8. Click Send at the bottom
9. If completed, on the right drop down, move status to Resolved.
10. Click Update at the bottom.
