If a client emails asking for policies. Do the following
Assign the ticket to Joel Bissonnette or Kevin Hunter
Joel or Kevin will
1 When a call or email is sent to you, should trigger a response that you have received the inquiry and will move it to leadership. They can expect a 5-7 business day turnaround time in response.
2. Tag Vivian Livanos in the ticket.
3. Upon review, I will provide you with the response to share with the customer within communicated time frame. The ticket then can be closed.
